Visited our booth at Musikfest between Saturday, August 6th, 2022 & Sunday, August 7th, 2022 where you received a Diamond Giveaway Card containing a CZ stone and a unique identifying number

1. ELIGIBILITY: Open to all individuals attending Musikfest 2022 who are at least the age of 18 as of the date when they receive their Diamond Giveaway Card and are legal residents of the United States. Employees or vendors of Murphy Jewelers and their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or those persons living in the same household, are ineligible to win. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, city, county, and local laws and regulations.
2. SPONSOR: The Diamond Giveaway is sponsored by Murphy Jewelers, with its corporate business address as 115 West Market Street, Pottsville, PA 17901
3. GIVEAWAY CARD LOCATION: The Diamond Giveaway Cards will be handed out to individuals at Murphy Jewelers’ Musikfest 2022 booth located on the North side of the Festival in the “Wells Fargo Festplatz”, near the corner of Main St. & Spring St.
4. HOW TO ENTER: In order to enter, entrants must fill out customer information forms located at Murphy Jewelers’ Musikfest booth between 8/6/22-8/7/22. Upon completion, entrants will be handed a Diamond Giveaway Card containing (1) CZ stone and a unique identifying number. Any attempts to replicate the Diamond Giveaway Card will void entry.
5. THE ENTRY PERIOD: The entry period for the Diamond Giveaway begins on August 6th, 2022 and ends on August, 7th, 2022 at our Musikfest booth.
6. ENTRANTS HELD TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES: Your entry into Murphy Jewelers’ Diamond Giveaway constitutes your full agreement and acceptance of these Official Rules and Conditions. If you are named the winner, delivery of diamond prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules and Conditions.
7. HOW A WINNER IS DETERMINED: The winner will be the individual whose Diamond Giveaway Card unique identifying number matches a randomly selected number from an automated process. To find out if entrant’s Diamond Giveaway Card number matches the winning number, entrants are required to visit any Murphy Jewelers store location (in Pottsville, Hamburg, or Lehigh Valley Mall; full addresses listed below) between 8/8/22-9/30/22 with their Diamond Giveaway Card in hand. A Murphy Jewelers representative will examine the number listed on their Diamond Giveaway card and determine if matches the randomly selected winning number. No phone inquiries will be accepted; in-store visits with the Diamond Giveaway Cards are required in order to win. All decisions of the sponsor (Murphy Jewelers) are final and binding. The potential winner will not receive the prize until their eligibility has been verified.
8. ALTERNATE WINNER: If the winner is found to be ineligible and/or does not visit a Murphy Jewelers store location by September 30th, 2022, an alternate random number will be selected and new alternate winner will be notified.
9. RESTRICTIONS: Entrants must attend Musikfest 2022 in order to receive their Diamond Giveaway Card. You cannot request a Diamond Giveaway Card in our stores or via any other method. Each person can only receive one Diamond Giveaway Card. Failure to comply with these Official Rules and Conditions may result in your disqualification at the sole discretion of Murphy Jewelers.
10. RELEASE: To the fullest extent permitted by law, in exchange for the opportunity to enter and participate in Murphy Jewelers Diamond Giveaway, you, your heirs, next of kin, administrators and executors, forever waive, release and hold harmless any and all rights, claims, damages, liabilities, costs, attorney fees, expenses, and causes of action whatsoever that you may have against Murphy Jewelers and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents. This Release covers, without limitation, any claims arising directly or indirectly out of your entry into and participation in the Diamond Giveaway, your status as an entrant, finalist and/or a potential and/or actual winner, including, without limitation, claims regarding forfeit of prizes not used by the winner, claims based on personal injury, death, property damage, libel, slander, defamation, invasion of privacy/publicity, portrayal in a false light and any claim relating to Murphy Jewelers exercise of the publicity rights you have granted hereunder. Further, you hereby release Murphy Jewelers from any third party intellectual property claims arising from or in connection with your entry. This release survives the expiration of the Diamond Giveaway.
11. INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold Murphy Jewelers harmless from any claims in connection with the Diamond Giveaway, or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
12. PUBLICITY: Your entry to Murphy Jewelers Diamond Giveaway constitutes your consent to Murphy Jewelers’ use of your name, photograph, and story for promotional purposes in perpetuity in any media, without further payment of consideration to you and without obtaining any prior approvals.
13. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION: Murphy Jewelers will collect personal information from you and the other entrants that will be used in connection with the Diamond Giveaway (but not limited to) notifying you and the other entrants if you are chosen as a finalist, as well as use for business, such as providing you with future offers of products or services which may be of interest to you.
14. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Murphy Jewelers reserves the right to cancel, postpone, suspend and/or modify the Diamond Giveaway for any reason as determined by their sole discretion. Murphy Jewelers also reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be: (a) providing false information; (b) tampering with the giveaway; (c) in violation of these Official Rules; or (d) acting in a fraudulent or deceptive manner. Murphy Jewelers is also not responsible for lost/delayed entries, printing errors, or typographical errors.
15. DISCLOSURE:
    1. Prize: (1) 1-carat diamond
    2. Number of winners: 1
    3. Odds of Winning: Your odds of winning depend on the number of people who receive a Diamond Giveaway Card at Musikfest. If all potential cards are handed out, odds of winning are 1 in 3,000.
    4. Fees: The winner is solely responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. No alternative prize, cash, transfer, or substitution of prize is permitted, except by Murphy Jewelers, who reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of comparable or greater value effective upon announcement.

Mini Rules: No purchase necessary for chance to win or claim prize. Contest runs 8/6/22 to 9/30/22. Open to residents of the United States who are 18 years or older. One prize available, consisting of a 1-carat loose diamond.
